Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee key financial reporting and accounting functions across multiple business units. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for managing close activities, reconciliations, and financial data integrity within a large, multi-entity organization. 

In this position, the Senior Accountant will coordinate monthly close processes, evaluate transactional data from integrated systems, and contribute to process enhancements within the accounting platform. The role works closely with leadership to ensure accurate reporting and to support enterprise-level decision-making. 
 

What You’ll Do: 

• Compile financial results and support internal reporting requirements across multiple entities 

• Execute month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account analysis 

• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and investigate variances 

• Administer bank account reconciliations and introduce automation improvements where applicable 

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and ensure accuracy of financial records 

• Support audit readiness and maintain compliance with internal controls 

• Enhance accounting processes and system functionality within the ERP environment 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience working within complex or high-volume corporate environments 

• Background handling intercompany accounting and multi-entity structures 

• Strong understanding of monthly close cycles and account reconciliation practices 

• Familiarity with bank reconciliation tools and process automation methods 

• Exposure to ERP systems, with preference for Workday experience 

• Public accounting experience is beneficial 

• Ability to interpret and evaluate large volumes of financial data
