Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for advanced accounting activities, financial close support, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
As Senior Accountant, you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting, resolve discrepancies, and support audit and operational accounting needs in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with GAAP in recording financial transactions
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Partner with operations, purchasing, and sales to support accurate reporting
• Assist with inventory accounting, cost tracking, or project accounting
• Analyze variances and research discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
• 3 or more years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
