Responsibilities:
- Support the development and submission of formal RFP and RFQ responses for new projects
- Create detailed write-ups and data sheets for completed projects
- Design original layouts and graphics for both digital and print advertising campaigns
- Produce promotional brochures and posters for trade shows and firm events
- Manage and update company website content and digital asset libraries
- Perform photo editing and retouching for project photography
- Develop standardized templates for internal and external marketing activities
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives and social media graphic updates
- Identify effective visual ways to relay complex messages through type and illustration
- Assist with the proofreading and quality control of all creative and descriptive materials
- Maintain organized digital files for all graphics and building project photos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or a related creative design field
- Two to three years of professional marketing experience preferred b
- Experience working within the construction or design industry or an agency with industrial accounts is a plus
- High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Direct experience or familiarity with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
- Technical skills in the Microsoft Office Suite for daily report writing and correspondence
- Strong understanding of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
- Exceptional attention to detail for proofreading and project data management
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication skills for interacting with firm owners and administrative staff
