Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to support financial oversight for a large division within a professional services organization. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and account performance across the business. 

 

As Accounting Manager, you will oversee purchasing activity, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate costs to support operational efficiency. This role partners closely with executive leadership across operations and finance and represents the initial hire in building a dedicated finance team for the division. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and account performance 

  • Oversee purchasing processes, vendor relationships, and cost optimization efforts 

  • Collaborate directly with executives across operations, finance, and leadership 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 

  • Five or more years of experience in financial management, operations, or account management 

  • Strong reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis skills with executive-level communication experience
