This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading attorneys on high-value deals involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects across a wide range of asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
- Coordinate due diligence efforts, including title and survey review
- Prepare closing checklists, binders, and post-closing documentation
- Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
- Track critical deadlines and ensure smooth execution of transactions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with standard legal and closing software tools
