The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a careful approach to financial data. Collaboration with accounting, finance, and legal teams is an important part of the work to ensure tax information remains accurate and timely. - Assist with quarterly tax estimates, extensions, and required tax payments.
- Prepare and post tax journal entries while reviewing tax accounts for accuracy.
- Maintain federal and state tax fixed asset and depreciation records within the company system.
- Track filing deadlines through a detailed tax calendar and ensure obligations are completed on time.
- Support tax audits and respond to requests from tax authorities by gathering and organizing documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of tax accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Understanding of GAAP and core U.S. tax compliance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strong communication.
