Sr. Operations Analyst

Our recruiting team is partnering with a growing, multi-location healthcare organization to identify a Senior Operations Analyst who will serve as a key analytical resource for several field leadership teams. This individual will help translate operational and financial data into actionable insights that drive performance across multiple locations.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional departments including operations, finance, and marketing to support strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytical partner for multiple operational leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Utilize analytics platforms and tools such as SQL, Power BI, and other reporting systems to manage and interpret large data sets.

  • Partner with internal teams to support strategic planning initiatives and operational decision-making.

  • Identify key performance drivers and help develop scalable strategies to improve efficiency and growth across locations.

  • Build reporting processes and predictive analytics that improve speed and effectiveness of operational responses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of analytical experience, preferably supporting organizations with multiple locations such as healthcare, retail, or similar environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
