Do you thrive at the intersection of relationship management and complex deal execution? We’re looking for a driven Acquisitions & Partnerships Manager to join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on strategic growth through acquisitions and long-term partnerships.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the acquisition lifecycle—guiding them from initial engagement through closing while coordinating internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the full acquisition lifecycle from initial diligence through closing

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, delivering a best-in-class experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and key external stakeholders

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, HR, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution

  • Manage multiple active transactions while meeting deadlines and key milestones

  • Oversee due diligence efforts including financials, contracts, HR items, and vendor relationships

  • Support contract negotiations and assist with employment agreements and documentation

  • Act as the central hub connecting partners, third-party vendors, and internal teams

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability of acquisitions


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of experience in acquisitions, partnerships, business development, project management, or B2B client-facing roles

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence navigating high-value conversations and complex transactions

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
