The Controller will partner closely with the CFO and oversee all financial operations for the company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all accounting and financial operations
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Manage construction job costing, WIP, and project profitability
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee payroll and tax reporting
- Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Partner with the CFO on financial strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of construction accounting experience (required)
- 3+ years of management experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and percentage-of-completion
- Experience with payroll, taxes, and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and communication skills
