Associate Attorney

A well-established litigation firm is seeking a Civil Defense Litigation Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to gain hands-on litigation experience while working alongside experienced trial attorneys.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from initial filing through resolution

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conducting depositions and participating in hearings and mediations

• Handling client communication and case strategy discussions

• Assisting with trial preparation and trial support

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of civil defense litigation experience

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions preferred

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
