Job Description:
  • Manage accounts payable staff to ensure department is maintaining timely and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and assist with the processing of invoices for projects.
  • Ensure coding and posting of invoices are in compliance with company policy and procedures.
  • Supervise weekly check runs or ACH payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee expense reports.
  • Manage W-9 collection process.
  • Manage 1099 process and related activities.
  • Research vendor issues.
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline processes to create efficiencies.
  • Ensure Sales & Use tax returns are filed accurately and timely.
  • Assist with special projects as necessary.

Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of accounts payable experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience required.
  • Legal services experience a plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
