What You’ll Do
Business Analysis & Finance Partnership
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and improve processes
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Support key areas such as financial planning, margin analysis, and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
SAP & ERP Solutions
- Lead design and support of SAP-based solutions, including integrations with other systems
- Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and enhancements
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems and master data
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Build visualizations and planning models to support business decision-making
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reporting tools
Testing, Support & Continuous Improvement
- Lead testing efforts (unit, regression, integration)
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain documentation, job aids, and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7–10+ years of experience in ERP / SAP environments
- Strong understanding of financial processes (planning, forecasting, reporting)
- Experience with SAP ERP implementations and integrations
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and data integration (OData, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
- Background in DevOps or modern development practices
Work Environment
- Collaborative Corporate IT environment supporting enterprise-wide systems
- Occasional travel based on project needs
