Position Overview:

The ERP Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing enterprise-level financial systems. This individual will collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and technical developers to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional and business requirements sessions to define needs and develop solution strategies

  • Partner with end users to deliver technical and business process improvements

  • Oversee system design, development, and solution management in collaboration with both SAP and non-SAP teams

  • Create and execute testing plans including unit, regression, and integration testing

  • Conduct research and promote ERP best practices within the organization

  • Manage and maintain master data integrity and resolve recurring system issues

  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) tools

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage access and audit reviews

  • Provide recommendations on technology advancements and strategic initiatives

  • Contribute to project planning, documentation, and quality assurance activities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 7–10 years of relevant ERP experience (SAP experience preferred)

  • Strong background in financial systems and enterprise resource planning

  • Proficiency with SQL, APIs, OData, and integration tools

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform

  • Understanding of financial and sales planning processes

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and DevOps tools

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and mentor team members

  • Excellent organizational and presentation abilities

  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs
