The Opportunity
As a Treasury Specialist, you’ll support the company’s financial strategy and liquidity management during this exciting phase of expansion. This role offers hands-on exposure to treasury operations, strategic initiatives, and integration work as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support decision-making and ensure liquidity needs are met.
- Manage bank account administration across multiple entities nationwide.
- Assist with short-term investment strategies to optimize returns while managing risk.
- Support acquisition integration, ensuring treasury processes and accounts are aligned post-close.
- Partner with leadership to help administer and optimize the company’s credit facility.
- Assist with assessing and managing interest rate exposure and risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to treasury innovation by supporting the rollout and adoption of a new Treasury Management System.
- 1+ year of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to cash forecasting, investment management, or credit/debt facilities a plus.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
