As a Senior Tax Associate, you’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to prepare and review tax returns, support planning initiatives, and help identify opportunities for clients to save and grow. As a Senior Tax Associate, you’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to prepare and review tax returns, support planning initiatives, and help identify opportunities for clients to save and grow. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review a wide range of business and individual tax returns
- Research and apply federal and state tax regulations to ensure compliance
- Support client tax planning, providing insight and recommendations
- Assist in identifying process improvements and leveraging technology for efficiency
- Collaborate closely with managers and senior leadership to deliver top-tier client service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA track or certification preferred
- 2–4 years of public accounting or tax experience (corporate or individual)
- Familiarity with tax preparation software and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
