What You’ll Do
- Lead the creation and management of division-level budgets and forecasts
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports covering production operations, capital projects, and strategic initiatives
- Provide in-depth analysis on cost drivers, benchmarking, and variances to support decision-making
- Partner with operations leaders across farms, hatcheries, and feed mills to ensure financial targets are met
- Oversee contract farm management tracking and reporting
- Support month-end close, quarterly forecasting, and annual budget cycles
- Manage insurance claim documentation, lease tracking, and account reconciliations
- Work hand-in-hand with the Corporate Controller to enhance internal controls and streamline financial processes
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing, agriculture, or production industries
- Strong cost accounting and budgeting expertise with proven ability to analyze performance drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
