The Opportunity
As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s financial strategy and liquidity management during this exciting phase of expansion. This role will give you broad exposure to treasury operations, strategic decision-making, and integration work as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support decision-making and ensure liquidity needs are met.
- Manage bank account administration across multiple entities nationwide.
- Oversee short-term investment strategies to optimize returns while managing risk.
- Support acquisition integration, ensuring treasury processes and accounts are aligned post-close.
- Partner with leadership to administer and optimize the company’s credit facility.
- Assess and manage interest rate exposure, utilizing hedging strategies to mitigate risk.
- Drive innovation in treasury operations by helping lead the rollout and adoption of a new Treasury Management System, modernizing how the function operates.
- 3+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cash forecasting, investment management, and debt/credit facilities preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
