Our Partner in Birmingham is is search of a Temporary Recruiter.  This role will support the Customer Experience division, primarily recruiting Customer Solutions Representatives, and will collaborate closely with the HR recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to meet staffing needs
  • Recruit primarily for Customer Experience roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote (Wednesday required onsite, other days flexible)
