Job Description:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into human capital strategies and solutions.
- Oversee HR operations, driving process improvements and leveraging HRIS systems to enhance data integrity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and retention programs, as well as lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure organizational adherence to all relevant federal and state employment laws, and proactively manage HR-related risks.
- Lead and execute high-priority HR projects, from policy development to system implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- The ability to think critically and strategically, linking HR programs directly to business outcomes.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and a track record of using data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills. You must be able to handle complex challenges and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
