Litigation Paralegal – Hybrid Role | Mountain Brook Area

A well-established boutique law practice is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a small, collaborative legal team. This firm focuses on complex environmental law matters, offering a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are highly valued.

This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work, ideal for a motivated professional looking to make a direct impact in a close-knit setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all phases of litigation, with a particular focus on trial preparation and support

• Manage e-discovery processes and document organization

• Draft and file pleadings in state and federal courts

• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior litigation experience required, including trial exposure

• Strong understanding of e-discovery tools, court rules, and electronic filing procedures

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Clear and professional communication style
