Our partner in the Sarasota area is searching for a HVAC Inside Sales Representative to support client needs as well as grow new and existing business.  The Inside Sales Representative will create custom solutions that exceed their customer’s expectations.  This is a salaried plus commission role that offers great growth opportunities within a family-friendly environment. 

Job Description:
  • Serve as a consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with customers.
  • Manage customer needs and issues as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
  • HVAC experience required.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • College degree strongly preferred.
  • A sharp mind and an engaging personality that enjoys challenging the status quo and creating solutions for clients.
  • A high energy level, competitive nature and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines in a goal-oriented sales environment.
