What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a skilled U.S.-based accounting team
- Own all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with the VP of Finance and other leaders on strategic initiatives
- Drive process improvement and strengthen internal controls
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership
- Background in manufacturing or international operations is a plus
- Strong communicator and collaborative leader
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
