Job Description:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and assisting in resolving workplace issues.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires and manage offboarding procedures for departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS data, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to company policies and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with benefits-related inquiries and basic administration.
  • Participate in and lead various HR projects as assigned, such as process improvements, policy development, or training initiatives.

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
  • 3+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, principles, and employment law (federal and state).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR, Paylocity).
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
