Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction-related surveys

• Supervise and support field crews, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance

• Prepare and certify plats, legal descriptions, and detailed reports

• Ensure project documentation adheres to local, state, and federal requirements

• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license

• In-depth understanding of boundary law, legal descriptions, and land records

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities
