Position Responsibilities:
  • Work on rates, cash review, account review, and billing for various companies.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to accurate revenue recognition and streamlined financial operations.
  • Learn and support the billing process, assisting with issue resolution and backup.
  • Learn to process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and respond to customer inquiries.

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
  • Proven experience in accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • A solid work ethic and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibilities.
