Job Duties:
- Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles in operations-facing positions.
- Proactive sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
- Thorough candidate screening to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Efficiently schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Review applications diligently and provide a positive candidate experience.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruiting role, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and screening.
- Ability to commit to a 3-month contract, with potential for extension through the end of the year or even being permanent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience recruiting for industrial or similar industries is a plus, but not required.
