In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the financial operations of multiple ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys working across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and vendor invoices
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and project-specific reporting
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads on budgeting and cost tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Project Accountant in an engineering, construction, or architecture firm
- Familiarity with Sage 50, QuickBooks, or Deltek software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
