In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all accounting functions for a select group of healthcare facilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities for a select portfolio of healthcare facilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are complete and accurate
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and financial reviews
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Provide financial insights and reports to management to aid in decision-making
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
