Responsibilities will include:

Daily answering patient phone calls and assist to maintain scheduling for patient supply orders.
Work with electronic medical records,and maintain and manage patient supply orders from the automated ordering systems.
Ensure patients medical information is accurate, discussing cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient,
Responsible for submitting necessary documentation required for shipment
Confirming that all orders are placed correctly and are eligible to ship prior to placing the order
Supports the company’s overall objective to provide exceptional service, ensuring that no complaints are generated by lack of follow-up, customer service skills, or errors.
Follows all customer service guidelines and process transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 plus years of customer care experience in a call center environment is preferred
Ability to demonstrate the job category competencies: customer-focused, results-driven, teamwork, communications, adaptability, initiative, problem solving and quality.
Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing culture.
Ability to work independently or part of a team.
