What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to small and mid-sized clients, providing hands-on accounting and financial guidance
- Oversee or assist with monthly closes, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Help clients streamline and improve accounting operations and internal processes
- Act as an outsourced Controller/CFO for clients, depending on need
- Collaborate with internal team members and client leadership on strategic financial initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting operations (GL, close, reporting, etc.)
- Polished, professional communication skills and client-facing presence
- Hands-on, proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
