Join our dynamic and growing team as a Financial Systems Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing our evolving financial ERP landscape. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, process improvement, and system innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert for our ERP system (GL, AP, fixed assets, leases)
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams on ERP implementation and enhancements
- Configure and maintain chart of accounts, business processes, reporting tools, and security roles
- Lead automation, reporting, and system optimization initiatives
- Support data governance, reconciliation, and system updates
- Document workflows and manage user roles, permissions, and audit compliance
- Stay ahead of ERP trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of ERP experience (Workday or Oracle preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial/accounting processes
- Experience across ERP lifecycles: design, build, test, deploy
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
