Key Responsibilities:

Draft, revise, and format legal documents including contracts, letters, memos, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate materials

Maintain and organize client files and case documentation

Manage attorney calendars, track deadlines, and schedule meetings and conferences

Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
-
Assist with client billing, including time entry, edits, and finalization
-
Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed
-
Deliver additional administrative support as required
Requirements:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-
Skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Client-focused with a proactive approach to service

Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Prior legal experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Notary public certification a plus
