- Lead global IT procurement and contract lifecycle processes
- Manage vendor relationships across software, hardware, and IT services
- Negotiate complex contracts to drive value and reduce risk
- Implement and support DocuSign CLM or similar platforms
- Conduct market research and facilitate quarterly vendor reviews
- 7+ years in IT procurement or vendor management
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar tools
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor governance expertise
- Background in spend analysis and market benchmarking
- Strategic, high-visibility role with executive exposure
- Autonomy to lead initiatives across a global enterprise
- Collaborative, cross-functional environment
