We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Assistant Office Manager to help support the smooth operation of our office. This key role is essential in maintaining high standards in administration, daily operations, and service quality. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking while delivering an excellent client experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and handle routine administrative tasks (filing, copying, phones, etc.)
  • Support Owners, Office Manager, and Agents with day-to-day needs
  • Review and submit insurance applications
  • Order paramedical exams and assist with underwriting processes
  • Maintain accurate client files (paper and digital)
  • Track and assist with service requests
  • Assist with seminar/event planning and social media content
  • Manage office supplies and help track compliance data
  • Assist with annual compliance audits and monthly filings
Requirements:
  •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities with ease
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail
  •  
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy laws
  •  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
