Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights and performance reporting. This role is crucial in shaping decisions through clear analysis and effective data storytelling, with a focus on enhancing processes and aligning tools across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze KPIs and metrics to support business decisions.
• Develop reports using Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
• Communicate insights clearly to influence stakeholders.
• Support tech integration and tool optimization.
• Identify process improvements through data modeling.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with SSMS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile experience is a plus.

• Ability to connect insights across teams.
