Job Duties:
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation; define and communicate project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, providing updates, and addressing issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Client Advisor, designer, support, and installation) to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of all project stages, proactively mitigating potential delays.
- Uphold high quality standards for all project deliverables, ensuring they meet client specifications through site visits and inspections.
- Effectively coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors, managing relationships and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous project records, including specifications, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in project management, design, or related.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; furniture software a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse client interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for efficient issue resolution.
- Meticulous attention to detail for quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for effective prioritization.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading.
