We’re partnering with one of Birmingham’s most respected companies to hire a Senior Accountant for their growing corporate accounting team. Known for their exceptional benefits, strong culture, and hybrid work schedule, this is a company where people build long-term careers—and rarely leave.
In this key role, you’ll serve as the right hand to the team’s supervisor, contributing to critical accounting functions and helping drive accurate financial reporting and insights. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a sharp accounting professional who wants to grow in a stable, collaborative, and employee-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support key components of the month-end close process
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal reports
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist with the external audit process and ensure compliance
• Provide financial insights and collaborate across departments as needed

What They’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA a plus, but not required)
