We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Project Manager Architect to join our client's team! If you’re someone who enjoys working closely with clients and collaborating with design teams on a mix of project types—including commercial, residential, new construction, and renovations—we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop conceptual plans, renderings, and project documents.
- Oversee and manage building projects, applying your knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, zoning/building codes, and materials.
- Use tools like AutoCAD and Revit to create and refine designs and plans.
- Produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Work closely with project leaders during all design phases, from Conceptual Design to Detailed Design.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Director of Architecture and Project Managers.
- Research and select materials and products for project specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited school (required).
- 5–10+ years of architectural experience across various design phases (preferred).
- Solid understanding of different construction types, current building codes, and ADA requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (required).
- Licensed Architect certification (required).
