Sr Architect

We're excited to welcome a full-time, in-office Senior Project Architect to our client's dynamic team. If you have the skills and experience to collaborate with clients and design teams on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, new construction, and renovations, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct research, programming, planning, design, and project administration, using your expertise in architectural design, construction detailing, procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials/systems.
- Develop conceptual plans, renderings, and documentation.
- Plan and program project layouts, integrating engineering elements into cohesive designs for client review and approval.
- Use computer-aided design software to prepare project designs and plans.
- Produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, supervising and reviewing team activities during the Conceptual, Schematic, and Detailed Design Phases.
- Work closely with the Director of Architecture and Project Managers to ensure project success.
- Research and coordinate materials and products for project specifications.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 10-15+ years of experience across all design stages.
- Extensive knowledge of various construction types, current building codes, and ADA regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Licensed Architect certification is required.

- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with a collaborative management style.
- Technically creative and open-minded.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, and site requirements.
