Our client, a growing litigation practice, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney. Areas of practice include Complex litigation, Professional Liability, Insurance coverage, Transportation, Labor and Employment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing legal advice to clients on a variety of litigation issues.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Participating in legal proceedings, including depositions, motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trial.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of litigation experience
- Must be licensed to practice law in Alabama
- Experience representing either plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation.
- Experience in hearings, depositions, and/or motion practice.
- Trial and arbitration experience is a plus.
