Job Description:
- Quote commercial jobs including both new builds and equipment replacement.
- Provide submittals and locate comparable equipment if another brand is specified.
- Produce high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Generate precise, consistent work with patience and a willingness to manage and complete one task at a time.
Job Requirements:
- HVAC knowledge required. Commercial experience preferred.
- Outstanding math and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Thoroughness and reliability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
