Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing of documents
- Performing legal research
- Interacting with firm personnel, outside counsel and external vendors
- Organizing case files and documents
- Preparing standard form responses
- Filing pleadings
- Assisting with trial scheduling and preparation
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ current paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm
- Experience in litigation required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform internet research
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience
