We are searching for a skilled and experienced Civil/Structural Engineers to join our client’s growing team. This is an exempt, full-time opportunity where you will play a vital role in exceeding client expectations and expanding our company's reach.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise and specialized software to design and create precast concrete structures that surpass industry standards.
• Compile comprehensive calculation packages.
• Independently manage the design of structures and lateral systems.
• Review and address any issues related to shop and erection drawings.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of design standards.
• Collaborate effectively with external producers and internal design teams.
• Foster teamwork and knowledge sharing by providing guidance and training to design engineers.
• Take on project manager responsibilities for designated projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering (accredited university).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Engineering (Precast Concrete)
  Possession of a PE License (required)
• SE License preferred

• Proficient in MS Office, MathCAD, and Precast Design Software.
• Familiarity with Structural Analysis or Finite Element Analysis Software and 3D modeling software.
