Are you a skilled and passionate engineer seeking to make a real impact?  Our client is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team and play a key role in creating exceptional structures.

In this full-time, exempt position, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing high-quality concrete structures and lateral systems using specialized engineering software and design tools.
• Exceeding client expectations by delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
• Collaborating with a licensed engineer to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Contributing to continuous improvement by participating in standards development initiatives.
• Facilitating seamless collaboration with producers, design teams, and internal departments (drafting, engineering, BIM).
• Mentoring and training junior engineers to cultivate the next generation of talent.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (other relevant degrees like Architectural or Mechanical Engineering may also be considered).
• 3-6 years of experience in (precast concrete) engineering.
• EIT certification, with PE certification preferred.
• Proficiency in various software applications, including MS Office, MathCAD, precast design software, structural analysis software, and 3D modeling software.
