The Digital Asset Analyst is responsible for overseeing specialty assets, including images, CAD files, and related elements, within the organization's digital asset management system. This role involves close collaboration with vendor relations to ensure the accessibility, precision, and caliber of specialty assets for comprehensive product information. The Digital Asset Analyst actively engages with both vendors and internal teams to procure, validate, enhance, and sustain specialty assets, thereby elevating the overall product experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with vendors and suppliers through close collaboration with Vendor Relations.
  • Procure, validate, and oversee specialty assets, comprising images, CAD files, and related items, sourced from vendors.
  • Assure the presence of high-caliber and precise specialty assets within the digital asset management system.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain missing or updated specialty assets as needed.
  • Validate and enhance specialty assets to align with quality standards and optimize the presentation of product information.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to accurately associate specialty assets with their respective products.
  • Maintain an efficient and up-to-date library of specialty assets within the digital asset management system.
  • Work with vendors to resolve any issues related to the availability, accuracy, or quality of specialty assets.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in specialty asset management within digital asset management systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining processes and workflows related to specialty asset management.
Qualifications and Background:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a role such as a Digital Asset Analyst, focusing on specialty asset management.
  • Exhibit a strong comprehension of digital asset management principles and best practices.
  • Proficient with digital asset management systems and tools.
  • Proficient in the acquisition, validation, and management of specialty assets, particularly images and CAD files.
  • Knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices for specialty asset management.
  • Exceptional coordination and communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Acquire knowledge of vendor relations and demonstrate experience in maintaining robust vendor relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen emphasis on accuracy and quality in handling specialty assets.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing issues related to specialty asset availability and quality.
  • Knowledge of digital governance principles and compliance requirements.
