Our partner is currently seeking a meticulous and analytically minded Corporate Fulfillment Analyst to join forces with our partner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assess purchase and payment processes.
• Study historical and present order trends to make accurate forecasts about future demand.
• Collaborate closely with the Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to align fulfillment strategies with business objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain productive vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of materials and products.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement, adeptly employing data-driven decision-making and leveraging automation tools.
• Produce regular reports and performance metrics to appraise fulfillment efficiency and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Keep abreast of data trends and patterns to optimize efficiency.
• Employ critical thinking and robust data analysis skills to supervise, assess, and steer processes.

• Bachelor's degree:  Applied Math, Statistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal interpersonal communication.
• Skilled in advanced problem-solving and critical analysis.
• Highly adept at adopting data-driven approaches.
• Strong grasp of mathematical concepts.
• Demonstrated excellence in time management, ensuring end-to-end project fulfillment.
• Outstanding customer service acumen.
• Advanced mastery of Excel, with an added preference for proficiency in SQL (bonus points for R and Python).
• Experience with data Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc., is a plus.
• Quick adaptability to new processes is a significant asset.
• Excellent communication abilities.
