Job Description:
  • Assist the brokerage team, retailers, and underwriters regarding servicing accounts 
  • Help clients or agents by explaining coverages and liabilities
  • Manage all account documentation
  • Assist Associate Brokers and Brokers with various duties 
  • Retain current knowledge of the insurance industry through continuing education, seminars, workshops, etc. 
  • Process tax filings and invoices to be sent to the appropriate agent for review
  • Introduce cancellation and non-renewal notices 
  • Serve as the liaison for the flow of information from agents and underwriters
  • Analyze policies, endorsements, audits, reporting forms and cancellations as well as process necessary corrections
  • Maintain relationships with client and underwriters to help grow and enhance business relationships
  • Coordinate renewal activity on assigned accounts
Job Requirements:
  • College degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to take instruction well
  • Strong Excel and Word skills are a must
