Our partner in Birmingham, AL is searching for a Corporate Training Manager to lead training and communications to partner organizations. The Training Manager will develop and deliver training in multiple formats including virtual, one-on-one and classroom training. 5+ years of training experience required. Skilled in project management, curriculum creation and presentation – oral and written.
Job Description:
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with management.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  • Assess teammates skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
  • Identifying gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity knowledge across the enterprise.
  • Manage and distribute communications (memos, newsletters, website, etc)

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, Informatics, Healthcare or other preferred
  • Required 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert in MS Office
  • LMS software experience preferred
  • An engaging personality that enjoys creating solutions
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
