Job Description:
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with management.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Assess teammates skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Identifying gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity knowledge across the enterprise.
- Manage and distribute communications (memos, newsletters, website, etc)
To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, Informatics, Healthcare or other preferred
- Required 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert in MS Office
- LMS software experience preferred
- An engaging personality that enjoys creating solutions
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
