Position Responsibilities Can Include:
- Managing all HR functions such as health insurance, EEOC, unemployment, FMLA, etc.
- Implementing and annually updating compensation program, conducting annual salary surveys and analyze compensation.
- Developing, recommending and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintaining employee handbook on such policies and procedures.
- Responsible for regulatory filings.
- Coordinating annual benefit open enrollment process.
- Maintaining employment records such as hiring, promotions, issues, terminations, etc.
- Handling onboarding requirements for clients and employees.
- Ensuring company compliance with federal and state laws that affect HR issues.
- Advising employees on benefits, company procedures and more.
To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four year university
- HRIS Platform experience is preferred
- Superb communication skills including both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong self-motivation and a positive approach.
- An accurate and detail-oriented approach to work.
