Help Desk Analyst
Help Desk AnalystBirmingham, AL

Our partner in Birmingham, AL is searching for a Help Desk Analyst that is looking to both skills and career.
Responsibilities:
- Provide both hardware and software support to internal and field users
- Support the technology equipment: pcs, laptops, software, systems hardware, printers, mobile devices, and application functions
- Install, diagnose, upgrade, repair, and configure the desktops/laptops, mobile device and printers
- Work with vendors on support issues and workflow as needed
- Manage and resolve users request through a ticketing system
- Support will be done via phone, online, remote access or in person
- Stay current on modern technologies including software and hardware
- Develop a working relationship with the user community to help with proactive service
- Prioritize the tickets and escalate them when it is appropriate
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Perform post-resolution follow up with users
Experience:
- 2+ years of Technical Support Experience
- Windows and Microsoft Experience
- Mobile Device support and set up experience
- Diagnostic Utility experience
- Excellent Communication skills: Verbal and Written
- Able to work with a team and work independently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- A+ Certification (preferred)
- Active Directory Exp
- A/V Set up exp (preferred)
- Go Getter
- Solution Finder and problem solver
- Exception interpersonal skills
- Customer Service focused (White Glove Customer Service)
- Attention to detail & Organizational and prioritization skills
