In this role you will be responsible for assisting a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers with servicing of the Commercial Lines accounts. Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include the following: assisting the Commercial Lines Account Manager with preparing certificates of insurance
- Researching coverage issues, policy discrepancies
- Responding to billing inquiries, cancellation and reinstatement issues;
- Reviewing policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and requesting corrections as needed;
- Preparing policy documents for delivery to clients;
- Preparing summaries of insurance;
- Updating the agency management system;
- Advising the Account Manager of any discrepancies that may affect the client
Requirements:
- 1 year or more years of Commercial Lines Insurance Service experience
- Must have experience with issuing Certificates of Insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
